die Partner eine intensive und mehrdimensionale Untersuchung des Ausbildungsbedarfs durchgef\u00fchrt, die zur Ver\u00f6ffentlichung separater nationaler Berichte und eines abschlie\u00dfenden Vergleichsberichts auf EU-Ebene f\u00fchrte (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.edifyeduproject.eu\/de\/outputs\/eu-report\/\">https:\/\/www.edifyeduproject.eu\/de\/outputs\/eu-report\/<\/a>).<\/p><p>Auf der Grundlage der gesammelten Erkenntnisse haben die Projektpartner den EDIFY-Lehrplan mit den folgenden Zielen entwickelt:<\/p><ul><li>Umsetzung der im Bericht (WP2) hervorgehobenen Qualifikationsbed\u00fcrfnisse in ein innovatives, lernergebnisorientiertes modulares Ausbildungscurriculum, das auf drei Ebenen strukturiert ist: MOOC, Spezialisierungskurse und Work-Based Learning.<\/li><li>Nach der Identifizierung der Moduleinheiten und der damit verbundenen Kompetenzen nutzen alle Partner ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrung, um die damit verbundenen Lernergebnisse, Lehrmittel und Bewertungstechniken zu beschreiben.<\/li><li>Sicherstellen, dass der Lehrplan eine angemessene Anzahl von Kompetenzen enth\u00e4lt, die direkt auf EntreComp (unternehmerische Komponente) und LifeComp abgebildet werden, um die Abstimmung der zu entwickelnden F\u00e4higkeiten und Kompetenzen auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse eines gleichberechtigten, vielf\u00e4ltigen und
