We think that the localised part of this training would serve the Finnish working life best, if we would develop it with the key stakeholders.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Developing management skills on DEI\/EDI themes to Finnish working life<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The<strong> European EDIFY-EDU project<\/strong> addresses the <strong>skills gap of Management education<\/strong> with regards to competencies on <strong>equality, diversity, and inclusion<\/strong> (EDI). The aim is to develop <strong>skills of management students and managers<\/strong> in medium-sized companies so that they can respond to the societal transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>first phase<\/strong> of the EDIFY-EDU training program is an <strong>online MOOC course in autumn 2024.<\/strong> Target group for the MOOC are managers, management students, entrepreneurs, and HR managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the<strong> second phase<\/strong> of the program, more country-specific and customizable <strong>Specialization Course<\/strong> will be implemented<strong> in early 2025<\/strong>. This course is targeted especially to management students, and it will consist of smaller learning modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Designing the training program with key stakeholders<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TIEKE <\/strong>and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aalto.fi\/en\/ckir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aalto University\/CKIR<\/a>&nbsp;saw that the Specialization Course would serve the<strong> Finnish working life best,<\/strong> if we would develop it with the key stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, we <strong>invited <\/strong>these <strong>stakeholders <\/strong>to participate in a <strong>workshop <\/strong>to <strong>design the modular training<\/strong> together.
