{"id":6905,"date":"2023-12-01T17:03:25","date_gmt":"2023-12-01T16:03:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.edifyeduproject.eu\/2023\/12\/01\/the-edify-edu-course-curriculum\/"},"modified":"2023-12-01T17:03:25","modified_gmt":"2023-12-01T16:03:25","slug":"the-edify-edu-course-curriculum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.edifyeduproject.eu\/fi\/the-edify-edu-course-curriculum\/","title":{"rendered":"The EDIFY-EDU Course Curriculum"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the \ufb01rst year of the EDIFY-EDU project, partners have carried out i<strong>ntensive and multidimensional research <\/strong>on <strong>training needs <\/strong>with the main aim of <strong>creating new knowledge<\/strong> and <strong>understanding <\/strong>of the current situation and practices <strong>in EDI business management education across different<\/strong> European partner countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the <strong>methodology <\/strong>and the <strong>tables <\/strong>designed and developed by the <strong>DAISSy research group<\/strong> of the <strong>Hellenic Open University<\/strong>, as well as considering the technical description of the EDIFY-EDU project, the partnership agreed on the description of the <strong>course <\/strong>on <strong>Enhancing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and on the curriculum outline<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course enables participants to<strong> pursue entrepreneurial initiatives<\/strong> based <strong>on EDI competencies. The training program<\/strong> is delivered through an<strong> introductory MOOC<\/strong> that introduces participants to the most relevant and basic concepts of applying EDI in the workplace and a <strong>Specialization Course<\/strong> addressed to <strong>business management undergraduate students<\/strong> with a strong project and work-based component.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course curriculum foresees <strong>40 modules grouped <\/strong>into<strong> three main competence areas<\/strong> (<strong>EDI<\/strong>, <strong>Transversal <\/strong>and <strong>Digital<\/strong>) and all the educational partners have started the instructional design phase of the course.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During the \ufb01rst year of the EDIFY-EDU project, partners have carried out intensive and multidimensional research on training needs with the main aim of creating new knowledge and understanding of the current situation and practices in EDI business management education across different European partner countries.
