Our Sustainability and Impact guidelines present the overall project structure and approach of the EDIFY_EDU European Project for sustainability and for the future implementation of similar projects in other educational contexts and sectors. This set of guidelines contains policy recommendations for both the business, HE and VET sectors on how to include Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in their curricula and trainings, based on the actual results of the implementation of EDIFY_EDU. The guidelines will also contain a strategy for the further implementation of the curriculum in other business and educational sectors, in particular nonformal education for the upskilling of adults and unemployed people. 
Furthermore, the document presents the impact of the project and the sustainability challenges for business in the context of a changing global EDI agenda.
